About

Julie, originally from the Bay Area, received her formal training from Moving Arts Dance and Peninsula Ballet Theatre, under the direction of Michael Lowe. She graduated with a BFA in Dance and Economics from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Julie has performed works by Stacy Spence, Deborah Jowitt, Rosana Hribar, Gregor Lustek, Jim Sutton, Andrea Miller, Sydney Skybetter, and James Martin. She has also studied at LINES Ballet, North Carolina School of the Arts and the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance in Austria. She is excited to be currently working both with Summation Dance and with Benjamin Kimitch.
